INCIDENT SUMMARY
Caller reported that EnviroServe was working on a gas remediation project at the incident location and the project team was making an offload from the
vacuum truck into a frac tank and the hose disconnected. Approximately 25 gallons of gasoline mixed with approximately 60% water and some mud
were released onto the road (100 N) in the containment area. No surface water or soils were impacted.
EnviroServe used floor dry to solidify the spill and swept the material into a skid steer bucket. The material was added to the solid waste disposal for the
project and cleanup is complete.
