Comments Bedding sand placement appears to be complete. Slow and steady
placement of sand combined with equipment compaction has caused much
of the liquids trapped in old pond material to be released and therefore
pulled from the cell.
Approval letter to be to accept E&P waste within the entirety of Landfill Cell
3 will be submitted to the facility owner.
