Scott,
Thank you for talking with me briefly this afternoon. As we discussed, The Other Side Village continues to have
challenges with importing soil, even from native pit run sources. With Phase II of this development about to start, we want
to re-visit what we are considering acceptable concentrations of arsenic. The issue is that the arsenic concentrations in
the pits are often higher than the background concentration that has been used for this project. I am helping our team
evaluate this challenge and would like to get together with you and Allison to evaluate options to better understand what
levels of arsenic are acceptable to be imported to the site while still meeting the objectives of the VCP agreement.
I am available Monday anytime after 10:30 am and can meet either via Google Meet or in person, whichever works best
for you.
Thank you again,
Craig

Hi Craig,
Monday works great. It looks like Scott and I are available in the afternoon. How does 1 pm sound for everyone? Scott,
feel free to pitch in if that time doesn't work for you.
Thanks,
Allison
