Allison,
Amy reminded me that we planned to use the same TOSV Phase 1 QAPP for Phase 2. A copy of the QAPP is aached
for reference. The only difference for the Phase 2 QAPP will be replacement of the items that Nancy was responsible
for with me as the contact person. Do you need a revised version with the new contact informaon?

That is fine. However, we’ll need a revised version of the document since we’ll ultimately be accepting this as the site-

specific QAPP. We would ask that your team look through the document and make any changes so it is specific to phase
2. Just off an initial glance, it looks like some more items would need to be updated (e.g., title, dates, background, etc.)
apart from just contact info.
