Dear Mr. Westfall:
A review of the information submitted in the Closure Notice received on March 17, 2025,
for the above-referenced underground storage tanks, indicates that contaminant concentrations are
below State of Utah cleanup levels (Utah Admin. Code, R311-211-6). No corrective action is
currently required at this site for the lines and dispensers.
Corrective action may be needed in the future if contamination is found that exceeds State
of Utah cleanup levels.

Please explain any unusual circumstances that occurred during the site assessment or closure:
Soil sample SS-14 contained detectable napthalene and GRO, with levels below ISLs . Similarly, SS-22 had a detectable level ofDRO that was below
ISLs . Approximately 1 foot of pea gravel was present at the bottom of the piping trench. Samples were collected 8 to 10 inches below the bottom oftll
pea gravel. As indicated on the attached site-plat, an additional soil sample (SS-23) was completed due to a change in the excavation plan.
