Dear Tony Johnson:
On January 26, 2024, the Director of the Division of Drinking Water (“Director”) issued an Initial Order for New Public Water System (“the Order”) to Alliance Acquisitions, LLC the legal owner
and operator of the USU Forestry Field Camp Spring (UTAH03125) public water system. As
authorized in Number 11 of the General Provisions section of that Order, the Director is amending that order. The original order remains a final order. The Director’s amendments are attached in the Supplemental New Public Water System Schedule (“NSOS”). Please sign and return the attached NSOS within 30 days.
Under Utah law, the Director is required to provide notice of violations of the Utah Safe Drinking Water Act (the “Act”), the rules, or orders and to otherwise enforce compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes violations of the Order, which remains a final administrative order.
