Dear Ben Sessions:
Subject: Corrective Action Plan Closure UTAH15010-2024-01
On October 20, 2023, Peterson Pipeline and the Division of Drinking Water entered into a Corrective Action
Plan (CAP). As of October 23, 2024, Peterson Pipeline Water has successfully completed the requirements
listed in the CAP. The CAP is now officially closed, and the water system’s rating will remain at an approved
status with 20 Improvement Priority System (IPS) points.
The Division of Drinking Water recognizes that addressing deficiencies and violations can be difficult and
often requires significant financial and personnel resources. We would like to thank Peterson Pipeline Water
for the efforts put forth in resolving the items, for your continued commitment to maintaining reliable
infrastructure, and for ensuring the safety of the drinking water provided to your customers.
Please find enclosed current copies of the completed CAP requirements, monitoring schedule, and IPS report
to help Peterson Pipeline maintain compliance and an approved status. If you have any questions, please
contact Brandi Smith at (385) 515-1650 or brandismith@utah.gov.
If there is ever anything we can do to support you in your role of protecting public health, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Helen Lau
