This minor modification of Ground Water Discharge Permit No. UGW010016 is in response to the signed letter dated January 16, 2025 (DWQ-2025-002056), informing the Division of Water
Quality that MANGO II-Milford, LLC had acquired the Murphy-Brown, LLC assets located in Beaver, Iron, and Millard Counties (sometimes referred to as “Smithfield” and/or “Smithfield Hog
Production”). This name/ownership change has been reflected in Ground Water Discharge Permit No. UGW010016 and the attached Fact Sheet Statement of Basis.
