As a result, the appropriate monitoring schedules were not assigned, and this source has fallen behind on the sample requirements outlined in R309-205. To regain active status, the following samples must be collected directly from the Val Verda Well (WS009) by the end of the second quarter in 2024. Please label these samples as WS009 on both the facility ID and sample point ID on laboratory paperwork. These two sources qualify to be sampled collectively in a grouped source sample station (R309-205-5(1)(c)). Jake Michael Ferguson Page 2 of 2 March 18, 2024 A new grouped source sample station representing the combined flows of the Val Verde Well (WS009) and the Bona Vista Well (WS008) has been created under the name “Sampling Station 08 09” and is identified as SS081. The sampling location for this facility will be the outflow of the 1A Reservoir (3681 S 400 E) (ST001). Once the results of the samples listed above have been reviewed, routine monitoring schedules will be assigned to Sampling Station 08 09 (SS081) to capture the combined water quality of the Val Verde Well and the Bona Vista Well.
