Semi-Annual Compliance Report
In accordance with 40 CFR 63.8075, sections (e) Compliance Report (e)(1) through (8), Hexcel
is required to submit a compliance report to the Utah Division of Air Quality (UDAQ) covering
the six-month period from the last compliance report. The previous six-month compliance report
period ended on March 15,2024.

Section 2. - Applicable records and information for periodic reports as specified in
referenced subparts F, SS, TT, UU, and WW of this part 63.
40 CFR 63 Subpart F - This subpart is not applicable to the site as Hexcel does not meet the
following applicability requirements found in 40 CFR 63.1800(b).
40 CFR 63 Subpart S,S - Hexcel's Mix Room regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) and closed
vent system are regulated under 40 CFR 63 Subpart SS. The closed vent vapor collection
systems are designed and operated under negative pressure. There was no needed maintenance
performed on the emergency by-pass valve during this reporting period. The emergency bypass
vent was not actuated or opened during the reporting period.
Hexcel has temperature data for the Mix Room RTO on file for this period. There was no
indication that during this period these units fell outside of temperature requirements while
regulated hazardous air pollutant (HAP) chemicals were in unit.

40 CFR 6j Subpart UU - This subpart is not applicable to Hexcel. Hexcel does not store any
hazardous air pollutant (HAP) chemicals in bulk storage tanks or dispense HAP chemicals via a
pressurized piping system. The only solvents that are stored in bulk and dispensed through a
pressurized piping distribution system are acetone and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), which are not
listed as HAPs. Any listed HAP is dispensed (poured or pumped) from individual drums placed
immediately adjacent to the mix vessel inside the building.
40 CFR 63 Subpart WW - The size of the tanks on site are below the threshold for Group la and
Group lb storage tanks and did not contain HAP chemicals, so these requirements are not
applicable.
Section 3. - Deviations from Emission Limits, Operating Limits or Work Limits.
This section specifies any deviations from emission limits, operating limits or work limits the
occurred during the reporting period.
During the reporting period there were no incidents where the Mix House RTO deviated from
emission limits, operating limits, or work practices.
Section 4. - Certification
In accordance with Approval Order DAQE-ANI13860032-19 and 40 CFR 63.8075(eX2)
based on information and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, I certiff that the statements
