Subject: Notice of Increased Source Monitoring for LITTLE LYMAN LAKE
CAMPGROUND; UTAH22045

A recent statewide audit was conducted on all source monitoring schedules to ensure conformity
with applicable portions of R309-205.
During the review, the Division of Drinking Water (the Division) found that the following source
is listed as actively serving drinking water and does not have the proper monitoring schedules in
place:
• SPRING #1 (Identified as WS001)
In accordance with the requirements given in R309-205, LITTLE LYMAN LAKE
CAMPGROUND is now required to sample SPRING #1 (WS001) for the contaminants listed in
the table below at the outlined frequencies by the given due dates.
