The Rahr Malting Co. and Brewers Supply Group authorizes 3E to act on its
behalf in regard to regulatory reporting. The authorization includes submissions
of the EPCRA Section 312 Tier II reporting requirements. The purpose of this letter
is to inform you that Brewer Supply Group #614 site listed above has closed for
business effective November 10, 2023. The facility is no longer operational. All
hazardous materials and hazardous waste have been removed from the site as
of the above closure date. Due to business closure, the above facility is no
longer subject to the EPCRA Tier II reporting requirements.
