The purpose of this letter is to inform the Utah Department of Environmental Quality of the closing of the Western
Chemical Company facility located at 2766 West 2000 South, Roosevelt, Utah 84066, assigned State ID Number
UT011521 and operating under Dun & Bradstreet Number 83179-2663. On May 1, 2024, Western Chemical
Company ceased operations at this facility. As of May 2, 2024, Imperative Chemical Company has acquired the
2766 West 2000 South facility and is continuing facility operations under Dun & Bradstreet Number 52277008.
