Box 220 Helper, Utah 84526 RE:Approved Permit Modification to operate NCLF, LLC SW184, Emery County, Utah Dear Mr. and Mrs.McCourt: Enclosed is the approved permit modification and attachments for the NCLF, LLC landfill located west of Castle Dale and approximately 3 miles north of the junction of State Route 29 and N. Des Bee Dove Road on N. Des Bee Dove Road in Emery County. The landfill, now titled “NCLF, LLC”, was originally titled “Nielson Construction Landfill”. This permit modification contains the new name of the landfill (NCLF, LLC), new owner and operator names and their information, updated closure and post-closure costs and financial assurance mechanism. The expiration date of this permit remains February 23, 2030, as shown on page 1 of the attached permit. Periodic inspections of the landfill will be conducted by representatives ofthe Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control and the Southeast Utah Health Department to assess compliance with the conditionsof the permit and the applicable portions of the Solid Waste Rules.
