RE:WARI\ING LETTER
Noncompliance with stipulations of hazardous waste inspection.
Dear Mr. Patterson:
On June 10, 1998, an inspection was conducted at your facility by representatives of the Departrnent
of Environmental Quality, Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste. At that time you were left with
a copy ofthe evaluation report, which included hazardous waste management practices that required
revision in order for you to be in compliance with state and federal regulations. Along with the
changes required to your waste management practices, you were requested to submit in writing, by
July 10, 1998, documentation that those changes were accomplished and that you are now in
compliance with the applicable laws. That wriffen verification has not yet been received by our
office. In order for you to avoid any further enforcement action, including possible penalties, it is
imperative that you submit your response immediately.
