EnergySolutions hereby request a 60-day extension for the Annual 2024 Surety Review (closure
cost estimate) required to be submitted for the Directors approval on or before March 1, 2025 in accordance with Condition 73 of Radioactive Material License UT2300249, Condition 9.13 of Radioactive Material License UT2300478, and Condition II.O.2 of Module II, General Facility Conditions, in the state-issued Part B Permit. Due to newly assigned individuals reviewing the
2023 surety submittal from the Division and allowing EnergySolutions sufficient time to prepare
