In accordance with the EnergySolutions LLRW & 11e.(2) CQA/QC Manual Revision 28c, Specification 85) Director
notification for CLSM pours, EnergySolutions hereby submits the 48-hour advance Notice of Intent to begin CLSM
pour.

This notification is for one pour.

Pour ID: AWE19250207FF

This pour will consist of 16 boxes that the void spaces are already filled.

This shipment is for the navy that will be here on February 7th.
This lift is located to the West of AWF19230406.
With this being a navy pour the boxes will be placed and poured on the same day.
