This letter is to notify you that Patrick Juancorena, Charlotte Bunch, and Jeffrey Barnier of the Region 8
United States Environmental Protection Agency will be on site to conduct groundwater monitoring at
the Lapoint Country Store LUST site, located in Lapoint, Utah, during the week of April 7, 2025. We are
performing the activities as a follow-up to our assessment and remedial activities at the site.
