Lincoln, attached is the revised Site Characterization Summary Report #4 for the Forsey Cleaners VCP site.
I revised the report to reflect the PCE contamination at depth in MW-21 on page 12.
I noticed that I had incorrectly entered the wrong TCE concentration for MW-43 that was sampled in
January 2023 and have revised it to the correct concentration of 0.0129 mg/L instead of 0.12 mg/L on Table
2 of the attached report. I should have caught that earlier as the duplicate sample was 0.0122 mg/kg. The
TCE detected in MW-12 in August 2024 is the highest concentration to date at 0.0289 mg/L.

I’m working on the Remedial Action Plan now that will incorporate the groundwater injections by AST
Environmental, Inc. (AST) and additional monitoring well installations.
