On February 14, 2025 EnergySolutions Requested a 60-day extension for the submittal of the 2024 Annual Surety Review to allow sufficient time for appropriate preparations to the upcoming
2024 surety review. Per requirements of condition 73 of Radioactive Materials License UT2300249, Condition 9.13 of Radioactive Materials License UT2300478, and Condition II.O.2 of Module
II, General Facility Conditions, of the state-issued Part B Permit the submittal deadline for Director approval is March 1 of each year. The Division hereby approves this extension request
to allow adequate time to prepare the submittal. Please provide by no later than May, 1 2025 the Annual 2024 Surety Review for review and Director approval.
