Thank you for responding to Compliance Advisory No. 2412004 (DRC-2024-007870), sent to you by the
Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control on December 26, 2024, regarding inspection frequency deficiencies at the East Side Truck Unloading Facility and meter functionality
concerns at the Mixed Waste Impoundment as observed during the 2024 Best Available Technology (BAT) Accompaniment Groundwater Module 7C Inspection.
Based on the information received, including an updated Weekly BAT Inspection Form, and a summary of the results of a borescope investigation at the Mixed Waste Impoundment, no further
action is required by EnergySolutions regarding this matter at this time.
