The Division has not yet received a work plan for the execution of the tracer dye test at Compliance Well P3-95 SWC as required in the October 9, 2023 Corrective Action Plan for Groundwater
Compliance Well P3-95 SWC – Revision Six (CD-2023-204, DRC-2023-073980). As a reminder, please submit a detailed work plan including these tentative dates, plans for application, plans
for observation, and a copy of the BrightDyes® manufacturer instructions for Division review a minimum of 30 days prior to the beginning of the tracer dye study (CD-2024-189, DRC-2024-006820).While
conducting the tracer dye test is dependent on precipitation at the Site, the tracer dye test should begin no later than April 30th, 2025.
