The Inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measurements, and observations by the Inspectoras they relate to compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of Radioactive Material License Number UTUT2300249 and No. UT2300478. At the end of the Inspection, results were discussed with EnergySolutions’ personnel. Based on the findings documented during the Inspection,EnergySolutionswas determined to be in compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and requirements of the License.
