Material. The inspection was a verification of compliance withUtah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of your Radioactive Materials Licenses as they relate toradiological safety
at the Clive Facility.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews ofpersonnel, and reviewing randomly selected shipments containing Special Nuclear
Material by the inspectors.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures. No further action is requiredwith regard to this inspection.
