Dear Mr. Hansen:

We invited Judith Moran to the site to verify the remaining items we need to complete, as detailed in the attached email.
During her visit, we showcased the central accumulation area and the satellite accumulation areas, along with the training
documentation provided to our employees.

Weir Minerals, Salt Lake Rubber Engineering, completed the DOT and RCRA training on 2-6-2025, as prescribed by 49
CFR 172.704. The facility has also updated the contingency plan and quick reference guide, which are attached for your
review.

During Ms. Moran's visit, we provided additional information, as requested, for the waste determination for the CHEMLOK
213.

As an update to the previous correspondence, Weir Minerals, Salt Lake Rubber Engineering, would like to request an
extension to complete the remaining open action items to the Compliance Advisory, 2409116.

Those open action items are;

Providing Utah DEQ with additional information requested on the waste determination for the CEMLOK 213,
Completing DOT training for all employees performing waste management,
Providing the updated facility contingency plan and quick reference guide,
