From the request, the open action items are: Providing additional information on the waste determination for paint booth filters where CHEMLOK 213 is used; Completing DOT training for all employees signing manifests; and Providing an updated facility contingency plan and quick reference guide. The extension requestis approved. Please provide the requested corrective action documentation no later than March 1, 2025.
