This letter is to notify you that Patrick Juancorena, Charlotte Bunch, Jennifer Davis Robinson and
Jeffrey Barnier of the Region 8 United States Environmental Protection Agency will be on site to
conduct groundwater monitoring at the Longhorn Services LUST site, located in Duchesne, Utah, during
the week of April 8, 2025. We are performing the activities as a follow-up to our assessment and
remedial activities at this site.
