The following response addresses those items were identified as needing furttrer action: A)Item 7f, Fire extinguisher locations have been added to the emergency information posted by the phones. Item 9e. Containers of hazardous waste not located in the main storage area aro being inspected now as well. A log is being kept. Item 10e. Notification letters have been updated and mailed. See attached copy. Item 12. Eltex Environmental, our hazardous waste contractor, has stated that they can also handle fluorescent light tubes. These include the following types: paint related wastes (liquids & solids); paint filters; and spent tetrachloroethylene. We make every effort to properly manage our waste, but in the event of an unforeseen emergency we would require your assistance.
