General Comments
Comments Inspection conducted to observe handling of contaminated water onsite.
Water is offloaded in the permitted concrete area.
Truck was observed onsite at offloading area, either intaking or offloading
into pond. Driver then drove in an area near Cell 1 and parked. No thin
spreading was observed during this visit in Cell 7 or anywhere else onsite.
Cell 7 appeared dry at the time of inspection.
