Comments There is a significant amount of uncovered waste in and around the landfill’s working
face. Ensure that all waste is covered no less than once monthly. Dead animals
should be covered daily. Random inspection reports, intermediate cover reports, and
quarterly inspection records should be performed according to the permit and kept
available in the scale house.
