Nature/Description of Incident: Plug in the sales line caused a high pressure event. Treated popped
off, misting less tan 1 bbl Crude oil. Of the 1 bbl, it was originally estimated that 10 gallons of crude
oil misted off location.
Injuries: No injuries reported.
Cleanup date: 1/20/2025
Assessment of Actual Potential Hazards to Human Health or the environment: N/ A
Estimated quantity and disposition of the recovered Material: 2 gallons (includes dirt & oil substances)
Additional Details/Comments: After further investigation on 1/20/2025, Finley Resources, Inc. has
determined that the original 10 gallons were misinformed and should have been reported as 1 gallon
misted off location.
No surface water bodies, or storm drains were impacted.

Cleanup was finished 1/20/2025, however, micro blazing has not been executed to date. Finley is
waiting for the weather to warm up to complete this step. Micro blazing is scheduled to be completed
before end of Q 1, 2025.

Caller reported that a plug in the sale line of the production oil well, Timberline Federal 9-6A-8-20, caused the high-pressure treater to top off and mist
crude oil onto the well pad and off-site. The total release was less than one barrel. Most of the oil misted on the well pad and approximately 10 gallons
misted off-site onto vegetation and soil. The location was given as 612749 Easting and 4444133 Northing and the Duty Officer determined an
approximate Latitude/Longitude location on the map.
No surface water bodies or storm drains were impacted. Clean-up will begin tomorrow (1 /20). The caller will notify the landowner of where the oil
misted off-site.
