On February 11, 2025, the DAQ received a test report for the University of Utah boilers 6-7, 9, and Turbine
Cogen with a WHR Unit at the High Temperature Water Plant, Building 303 located at the University of Utah,
in Salt Lake City, UT. The testing was performed on January 13-16, 2025, to demonstrate compliance with the
NOX and CO emission limits found in Title V operating permit Conditions II.B.3.a and II.B.4.a. The DAQ-
calculated test results are:

DEVIATIONS: None noted.
CONCLUSION: The stack test report appears to be acceptable.
RECOMMENDATION: Building 303 Boilers 6-7, 9, and Cogen Turbine alone and with the
WHRU should be considered to be in Compliance with the CO and
NOx emission limits at the time of testing. No further action is
recommended.
