The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) is in receipt of Salt Lake City Refinery, 5 Year Integrated Contingency Plan, March 2025 (2025 Plan)submitted onFebruary18,
2025, by the Marathon Petroleum Company, LP.
The Plan includes a review and update of the qualified individuals, spill response forms in the event of a spill, response equipment list and locations, immediate required actions, and
evacuation routes for the Salt Lake City Refinery.The 2025 Plan is addressed to Dale Urban who has since retired from the Division. Please address any future documents to Ethan Upton
at the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control.
