Advanced Paving and Construction Landfill Permit Renewal
Weber Properties, L.L.C. submitted an application for renewal of their permit for the Advanced Paving and Construction Landfill located at 1723 West 1350 South, Ogden, UT 84401 in Weber
County. The proposed renewal has been reviewed and determined to be complete and in compliance with the Utah Solid Waste Permitting and Management Rules.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft renewal permitwill commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date].
