Thank you very much Mark and great to meet with you and your team yesterday as well.
We will be on the lookout for the oversight application.
I also had a note to send you details about the ownership structure on the parcel and
how it has changed hands and relation between the entities:
When the existing Environmental Covenant was put on the parcel in 2022, the site was
owned by Attuned Development LLC. Chris Parker is the signor for Attuned because
Attuned's managing member is The Diamond Rail LLC, who's managing member is Giv
Development LLC, who Chris is the managing member of.
Last year, Developed. By Women., a unrelated nonprofit entity to Attuned Development,
purchased a subdivided piece of the Attuned parcel. Developed. By Women. Is the
current owner of the parcel which will become Citizens West 4. Developed. By Women,
will sell the land to the project entity likely in July prior to construction. The project entity
is Citizens West 4 LLC. Developed. By Women. Is a 10% owner of Citizens West 4 GP
LLC, which is the managing member of Citizens West 4 LLC.
Following this email, please expect to receive a construction proposal report from us that
details how the proposed Citizens West 4 project will not trigger anything in the
environmental covenant that would require different actions to be taken.
Best, Amanda

can. Following our meeting I reviewed the current application and it needs some
editing for this special case, wherein the DERR is not issuing a No Further Action letter
at the end of our work. I will send the document once the edits are approved.
