The revised Application and updated appendices reflect responses previously provided as individual
responses to each of the DRC letters li sted in subject line above, This submission provides an updated
application and an updated versions of the relevant appendices.
Business Confidential Application narrative has been redacted in the attached, but was submitted as CD-
2025-042 and remains subject to Energy Solutions ' Permanent Claim of Business Confidentiality previously
asserted .2
