Hi Paul-
I have reviewed the updated DWSP plan for Tremonton City springs (WS001 WS002 WS003-006 WS007). Before I can
concur, the following items need to be addressed.
North Springfield WS003-006
Please confirm the date the fact sheets and letters were distributed to the uncontrolled potential contamination sources.
This date needs to be included in the implementation section after it has been completed. At a minimum, we like to see
the management strategies implemented at least once every update cycle. Here is a screen shot of the implementation
schedule included in the updated DWSP plan submitted October 5, 2023.

Once I have received this information, I can concur with the updated DWSP plan. I will wait 30 days before I send a formal
disapproval letter. As long as I have contact with you, I will wait to send the letter. So you are aware, not implementing the
source protection plan includes IPS points along with a significant deficiency.

Thank you for the information, I am attaching copies of the Land Management Strategy letters, sent out at the time of our
update, to those parties impacted within our source protection zones, I have combined them into one document per Water
Source Plan Update.
