The application was determined to be complete onNovember 6, 2024 (DSHW-2024-008713). No additional information was requested. A draft permit and its attachments have been prepared and are enclosed for your review. Please reviewthem and notify our office of any questions, comments, or acceptance within three weeks of receipt of this letter. After your review, the Division intends to begin the required 45-day public comment period. Followingthe public comment period and resolution of any comments, final action will be taken on this permit.
