Dear Mr. Bro:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed its review of your permit application (DSHW-2023-205083, DSHW-2023-205967, DSHW-2023-212294, DSHW-2023-212142,
DSHW-2024-006693) for the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Landfill located in Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 2 West of Duchesne County in Pleasant Valley, Utah. The landfill
will be located in Cell #7 of the property, as indicated in the permit application.
The Division has prepared a draft permit for the facility, which is enclosed with this letter. Please review thedraft permit and provide any comments to the Division within 30 days.
Following your review, and
resolution of any applicable comments, the Division will initiate therequired public comment period for the draft permit before the final permit is issued.
