Brett was able to replace the gasket on the tank lid. attached are the photos. This should correct the
deficiency listed in the 2024 sanitary survey

attached are photos of the new tank gasket on the Little Hole CG water system tank. This was the only
deficiency listed on the sanitary survey

would you be able to remove the points associated with this corrected deficiency?
