Brett Heath was able to install a new gasket on storage tank lid. this should correct the deficiency listed in
the past 2024 sanitary survey

attached are photos of the new tank gasket on the Antelope Flat CG water system tank. This was the only
deficiency listed on the sanitary survey

would you be able to remove the points associated with this corrected deficiency?
