KB, I would recommend we go with the company that is available now. This way ET won’t have to include costs for a
separate trip, which would certainly be more than $377.

Hi all,

We have received 2 bids for the sealcoat work.

1- Southern Utah Sealcoating
a. Estimated Cost with markup = $1,083
b. Availability: middle of April
2- Signature Stripping
a. Estimated Cost with markup = $1,460
b. Availability: ASAP

I am more inclined to go with the vendor that is available now and while I have Justin onsite this week. As I
am not sure we would want to make a separate trip down to the site in April just for the sealcoating.

Thoughts?

I would prefer 2 bids for the seal coat work that is estimated to be $1500-$5000. If over $5000 we will need 3 bids.

Aaron/Jusn, please stop by Sean’s office today to discuss what type of sealant he would like and send me an
esmate to have it applied. Since you guys will be back down next week to finish off the installaon of the system it
would be a good me to apply the sealant at the end of the project.

I was thinking this morning about the lot. I just had the lot seal coated about 4-5 months ago, now we will have
trenches showing covered with asphalt. Can we get an approval to seal coat that part of the lot where the work was
