Based on availability, I am okay with the higher bid. However, to allow markup, the invoice must be submitted by atlas as
a third party. This will also be submitted as an amendment to Work Plan MSM-15. This will be MSM-15, Amendment 3.

Jim, got any issues with this?

We have received 2 bids for the sealcoat work.

1. Southern Utah Sealcoating
a. Estimated Cost with markup = $1,083
b. Availability: middle of April
2. Signature Stripping
a. Estimated Cost with markup = $1,460
b. Availability: ASAP

I am more inclined to go with the vendor that is available now and while I have Justin onsite this week. As
I am not sure we would want to make a separate trip down to the site in April just for the sealcoating.

I would prefer 2 bids for the seal coat work that is estimated to be $1500-$5000. If over $5000 we will need 3 bids.

esmate to have it applied. Since you guys will be back down next week to finish off the installaon of the
system it would be a good me to apply the sealant at the end of the project.

I was thinking this morning about the lot. I just had the lot seal coated about 4-5 months ago, now we will have
trenches showing covered with asphalt. Can we get an approval to seal coat that part of the lot where the work
