Agreement by reference. It is the intent that these schedules of prices covers all work and
materials necessary for all the work shown on the plans. Payment for work items for
which no bid item exists shall be considered incidental to and part of the price shown on
the bid that such item most nearly accommodates. Payment for all items shall be full
compensation for furnishing and installing the item designated.
