NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE TEMPORARY PERMIT
FOR WATER RECOVERY LLC – PLEASANT VALLEY
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is considering approval of
one application to operate an oil and gas exploration, development, and production (E&P) solid waste
management facility under the provisions for a temporary permit in accordance with Utah
Administrative Code Subsections R315-321-4(8) and R315-322-3(2)(a). Water Recovery, LLC – Pleasant Valleyis located inDuchesne County.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft temporary permit will commence on
[Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period enddate].
