Box 144820 Salt Lake City, UT 84114-4820 RE: Outage Notification, Unit 1 , Huntington Power Plant (Title V Permit #1501001005) Dear Mr. Bird: As required by ll.B.1.f.3c of the Huntington Plant Title V operating permit, the purpose of this letter is to inform you of a maintenance outage at the Huntington Plant. Boiler Unit 1 was taken offline at 12;45 AM on Monday, February 1 7, 2024,1o make boiler tube leak repairs. The maintenance was complete, and the unit was back online with the completion of start-up parameters achieved at 1:39 PM on Thursday, February 20,2025. Please see the attached Maintenance Outage Report for details. I am authorized to make this submission on behalf of the owners and operators of the affected source or affected units for which the submission is made. I certifo under penalty of law that I have personally examined, and am familiar with, the statements and information submitted in this document and all its attachments.
