I apologize for the lag from the three-year time frame for renewals, we had a weird bug in our new waterlink module that caused your water system to not work correctly. I've attached a draft report with water rights data from 2017-2023 taken into account. Your draft renewal shows you at about the same place as the sizing standard from 2020. You'll notice that we are no longer requiring the use of a variability factor, if you like to use one to increase your standards please let me know and I will pull a new report. My goal is to finish my renewals this winter while I have time. Please let me know if you need any changes by February 27, 2025, or I will finalize the standards as is. Thanks! Dani Zebelean, P.E. Fingers crossed it will be in June of this year. To address a couple of your other comments: With the updated peak day in 2022, the value from 2020 is the highest. That is now updated throughout. For the average annual demand, I've attached the manual spreadsheet we made to mock up the module to help explain this. The module displays the wrong number, but uses the correct one in the calculations on the backend. Any water that is delivered to another water system, in this case it is American Fork, should not be taken into consideration for the average annual demand. To calculate that number it is the total from sources, Harvey Well, Cottonwood Well, and water purchased from American Fork, then subtracted by the total wholesale of water sold to American Fork. This is also another bug we are waiting to be fixed. I've edited the .pdf to reflect what the numbers actually should be. They still don't exactly match but they are closer due to rounding errors. For the Peak Month Average, we are comparing the month that the peak day was reported in. So for 2018 even though September was the highest month, July was when the peak occurred. So the 1,037,993 gal/day is the average for July instead of the 1,046,718 gal/day average for September. For the capacity calculation, the module currently uses the highest ERC reported instead of the most recent. Also something we are waiting on to get fixed. I did update the section to use the ERCs from 2023. Let me know if this addresses your comments, or if you have more. Thanks! Dani Zebelean, P.E.
