Single tank excavation. APST in underground vault. Numerous utilities surrounding the tank including overhead pole mounted utility, fiberoptic,
overhanging 12K volt transformer, dangling transformer lines 2 directions, water etc... We moved and replanted the overhead utility service.
We broke and repaired the 12k conduit casing in both directions; however, no lines severed. Excavation undercut sidewalk and transformer.
