We moved and replanted the overhead utility service. We broke and repaired the 12k conduit casing in both directions; however, no lines severed. Excavation undercut sidewalk and transformer. that this is a single tank excavation anyways. Laura Perdue authorized adjustment to sampling N and S ends of the tank considering the extraordinary utilities and rebar; and considering This modification to the sampling plan was in writing and pre-authorized by Laura P. Samples collected below the vault in native soils. No signs of contamination and no hits on the PID during field screening.
