HomeMy WebLinkAboutDDW-2025-001737 Feb 18, 2025 Mark Illum Texas Instruments Incorporated 4000 North Flash Drive Lehi, Utah 84043 Subject:Operating Permit, LFAB2 Water Line Relocation Project (DS001); Texas Instruments Incorporated, System #25139, File #17960 Dear Mark Illum:The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) received a request for an Operating Permit for LFAB2 Water Line Relocation Project from you on February 11, 2025. The Division issued Plan Approval for this project on December 4, 2024. Our understanding of the project includes relocating the existing drinking water main at the facility. The work involved the installation of culinary water mains, private fire mains, fire hydrants, appurtenances, and a connection to the existing system. After installation, the system was disinfected and pressure tested. The relocation includes approximately 5,000 linear feet of 8-inch diameter HDPE pipe. No new connections were added. The water lines are identified as DS001 in the Division’s database. We have received the following information for LFAB2 Water Line Relocation Project (DS001): Certification of Rule Conformance with plan approval conditions by a professional engineer and any changes made during construction were in conformance with rules R309-500 through 550. Satisfactory bacteriological results as evidence of proper disinfection and flushing. We have determined that all conditions for operating permit issuance have been met. On this basis, an Operating Permit for LFAB2 Water Line Relocation Projectis hereby issued as constituted by this letter. You may now place the water lines in service in your water system. Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference.
