NOTICE

An emergency hazardous waste Permit (#UT-007-2024) has been issued
to Tooele Army Depot North Area (TEAD-N) in Tooele County, Utah. The
Permit authorizes TEAD-N to treat 611 compromised propelling increment
charges for 81 mm mortars. The items were found during a routine inspec-
tion and were deemed unsafe for storage due to unknown stability. The
total net explosive weight is approximately 16.0693 pounds.
This Permit was effective March 5, 2024, and expired March 14, 2024. For
